The Marriage Countdown Bra

In June, Akiko Fujita from Voice Of America reported on the mad dash currently going on in Japan to get married.

Apparently it comes with accessories.

One company has even unveiled a “konkatsu bra,” with a clock under the bra cups that counts down to a marriage deadline. Inserting an engagement ring into the heart-shaped ring box between the cups stops the ticking and a congratulatory wedding march begins to play.

The stress levels in Japan’s go-go-go society are legendary. This seems like one more layer.
